Our Story
A Spark That Changed
Everything
It started with a photo — a pole-and-daga school shared on a social media group. That image ignited 10 men, including Terence Kandima, into action. The goal was simple: find a school to help, and replicate the model across Zimbabwe.
In 2016, they found Tsenga Primary School in Mt Darwin. What followed was a complete transformation — modern solar-powered classrooms, computer labs, a solar borehole providing clean water to 425 households, sanitary supplies for girls, sports kits, and goats for elderly widows.
Registered as Zimbocare Trust, the work continues under Terence Kandima, the sole remaining trustee, with a vision to spread this impact across the entire country.

For me, a man of little means, I realized I was privileged with the little I had and that I wasn't too poor to give. Tsenga is just the beginning as we aim to carry our work forward across the country, improving lives, shaping destinies all to the glory of God.
